Our Arbitrage Model
What is it?
We want to partner with Landlords and help give them stability, peace of mind and an enjoyable experience. If that sounds like something you are interested in, we would like to become your Tenant. We will rent the unit from you with the purpose of renting it out to our pool of guests that visit the area for an extended duration.
Who is Eligible?
We are currently looking to partner with Landlords who have units for rent in the Philadelphia, PA market, including South Jersey.
Our preference is for units with the following characteristics
- A private unit or apartment
- 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom
- Parking available on site
How does it benefit our partners?
Landlords who participate will know that:
- We are committed to the partnership by having extended leases with them
- We screen the Tenants to ensure they respect the property they will be occupying
- We take care of most maintenance issues (exceptions apply).
- We care of the units as we have to maintain to attract and retain our guests.
